Digital Audio Interface Reviews

If you're like a lot of people you'll be doing your multi-track recording on the computer. This will require a few things; first a computer (wow really?) Then an audio recording software program, and then a piece of hardware called an "interface" which is where you connect your mics and instruments so the computer software program can recognize them.

I have 2 really good recommendations for you – a decent inexpensive one and a really great sounding one but a bit more expensive -

M-Audio Fast Track Pro

This thing is quite good, small and efficient with mic preamps as well and you can get it for about $150… they sell tons of these. Read the full M-Audio Fast Track Review

Apogee Duet

I love this one! Everybody raves about it too. It's all about the great sound produced by Apogee's award winning converters. Read my full Duet Apogee Review here.

The price on the Duet has finally dropped because now the Apogee Duet 2 is available.
