Personally, I have a decent enough home recording studio that serves my purposes which is to make good recordings of my music. You can hear a few examples of this on the home page here of yourhomerecordingstudio.com… a few tunes from one of my CD's which were done in my home studio.
Once in a while someone will ask if they can rent it out or hire me to act as engineer/producer on some small song project and I sometimes will take the offer if my schedule allows for it. Hey, if I have the time why not make use of it by making some extra money.
